I've got a peptide tab graveyard on my second monitor again...

so my routine lately: finish a ranked match, refill the soda swap (caffeine free ginger ale, big glass of ice), and lose an hour to peptide threads on the second monitor. i've had the same five tabs open for like three weeks now. bpc, tb500, semax, a couple others i definitely mispronounce in my head.

honestly i can't tell what's noise and what isn't. every thread has one person typing like a textbook and three typing like an ad, and i close the laptop knowing less than when i opened it.

my actual routine is boring and working - tirzepatide since february, down 22 lbs, lifting twice a week when i don't stay up till 4. not trying to add anything right now. i just want to understand the vocabulary so my own feed stops reading like a foreign language.

do you eventually pick this stuff up just by lurking, or is there a filter i'm missing?

I treat those tabs like a backlog with no acceptance criteria. Fix: each one gets a single note — problem it supposedly solves, evidence tier (human data / rodent / bro lore), and a revisit date.

If it can’t beat “sleep, protein, walking” for that problem, it gets closed. I also auto-close anything utouched after 14 days; if I actually care, I’ll find it again.

Sharp question: what outcome are you trying to move — recovery, sleep, appetite, mood? Until that’s one sentence, the tab pile is just dopamine with extra steps.

Mine went from 20 to 3 once I wrote the target down.
