Honestly, This is week 65 for me, and the last 12 of those weeks have honestly been the strangest part of the whole thing. Losing had a scoreboard; maintaining is just quiet.
I dropped 48 lbs between last spring and this spring, went from a tight size 18 to a comfortable 12, and my weight has bounced between 168 and 172 for three months now.
I still weigh most mornings and log it, but I've stopped reacting to any single day. What I kept from the loss phase: protein at breakfast and a 20-minute walk after dinner, even when I don't feel like it.
The hard part is the mental shift, no weekly drop to feel proud of, so I've been hunting for other markers. Sleep is better. My rings fit. My knees don't complain on stairs anymore.
For those of you further into this stretch, do you keep tracking as closely as you did while losing, or loosen up and let the range breathe a little?
