How do you track maintenance without a second job

I’m in maintenance now and my weekly routine has turned into three notes in two apps plus a paper calendar, and I can’t tell if that’s helpful or just noise. I weigh most mornings, log the number, then jot a one-line note about sleep and hunger.

The scale stays inside a 4-pound range, so nothing is alarming, but the record-keeping is starting to feel like a part-time job. For those who’ve been at this a while: what do you actually keep tracking, and what did you drop?

I’m trying to figure out whether I’m being thorough or just keeping busy with the process.

I’d simplify to one running note: date, weight, and one optional tag like “slept/hungry/normal.” Sunday I glance at the 7-day average and only care if the range shifts. Paper calendar would be out—it’s just duplicate noise for a 4-pound range.

Sharp question: what decision do your sleep/hunger notes actually change? If they’re just reassurance, maybe keep them for a week and see if you ever revisit them.
