Before I send Youmedicine (youmedicine.co) any money, I’m trying to figure out what they actually are. Public listings only show so much, so here’s what I’m checking: what product categories and exact specs are listed, and is it clearly labeled research-grade only?

Can I see lot-specific third-party COAs before ordering, including HPLC/GC-MS purity, residual solvents, and heavy metals? Where are they legally registered, and where do shipments come from?

What shipping regions, carrier options, packaging, and cold-chain/temperature controls apply? Is pricing public or quote-only?

And what are the MOQs, payment methods, and reship/refund terms?

The COA question is the right one. Ask for a lot-specific COA with the batch number matching the vial, not a generic website PDF. Check lab accreditation, analytical method, and whether heavy metals/residual solvents are included. If the lot doesn’t match or they won’t provide pre-order, hard pass.

I’ve been tracking their listed prices and stock for about six weeks. The 10-vial kits went from $210 to $245, went OOS for 9 days, then came back with no batch selector on the page. Is that real
