COAs: can I see batch-specific ones before ordering, and do they name the third-party lab, HPLC/MS methods, test date, and results? Shipping: exact terms. UK dispatch origin, packaging and cold-chain where it applies, tracking, delivery windows, and what happens with international customs.

Pricing: are published prices final with VAT and shipping included, and is there bulk/wholesale tiers or minimum order requirements? Also — UK-registered with a verifiable business address? And what's the support/reship policy on lost or delayed parcels? Anyone ordered recently?

I emailed them about a COA and got a reply that said 'should be fine.' Inspiring. Maybe they’re legit, but that’s not exactly a lab report with a lot number.
