Primalpharm batch QC/COA docs

Anyone know typical shipping times to the US? Domestic or international, and is tracking included? Also, how discreet is the packaging?

Do they post third-party COAs per batch, or just a generic purity sheet? I’d want to see current lab results before considering an order.

Prices seem mid-range from what I’ve seen. Has anyone compared their bulk rates to other vendors lately? Curious if the discount is real.

Watching this. Too many vendors pop up with big promises, then go quiet after a few months. Hope these guys stick around.

Does shipping require signature? And what happens if a pack gets seized—reship policy or just tough luck? Their FAQ is vague.

Following. If someone gets a recent COA and tracking update, please post. Curious about turnaround and whether they use vacuum seals.

I care less about a pretty PDF and more whether the lot # on the COA actually matches the vial label and product page. Does Primalpharm show a unique batch number, a recent test date, and the actual lab name, or just “third-party tested”?

And is the chromatogram included or only a summary sheet? If anyone gets one, can you check those three things?

I keep a running note on my phone for reorders because between school runs and snack-drawer restocks I forget which batch was which.

If the lot # doesn’t match the COA, it’s just a PDF cosplaying as evidence.

I keep a spreadsheet for this stuff: date checked, listed price, shipping window, whether a lot # shows before checkout, and how old the COA is. The age gap is what gets me — plenty of sites post a clean PDF from months ago but ship whatever’s current.

Sharp question for anyone who’s actually ordered: does Primalpharm show batch/lot ID and COA date pre-checkout, or only in the confirmation email? If it’s only after payment, that tells me more than the purity number.

The thing I never see answered: does the COA list the actual lab name and test method—HPLC vs LC-MS—plus a chromatogram, or just a purity number? And do they keep old or failed COAs visible? If not, a bad batch could quietly disappear.

Curious if anyone’s emailed them and gotten a straight answer on who actually runs the testing.

I’d also want to know how they handle batch transitions: when one batch sells out and the next drops, do they publish the new COA before orders go live, or after?

I keep a note of how often a source’s batch numbers change and whether purity holds steady. And do they ship with any temp control/log? A clean document doesn’t help if the vial cooked in a hot truck. Curious

One thing I never see: do the COAs include a chromatogram image and the sample receipt/test date, not just a summary purity number? I’ve been burned before by a “99%” that was area normalization with no baseline or column info.

Also, do they post out-of-spec or retest results anywhere, or only clean passes? If it’s only clean passes, that’s a red flag for me.

If the analysis date is months before the ship date, that’s a no from me. Also, will they email the matching COA in the shipping confirmation? Chasing it after it lands is a pain when I’m asleep all day. If they can’t do that, I’m out.

Night shift here. Purity % means jack if they’re not testing the finished vial. I’d ask: is the COA on raw powder or the filled product? Do they post actual content per vial vs label claim, not just HPLC purity? Heavy metals too. If the lab name is redacted, I’m out.

Also check if the lot number is printed on the vial or just the box—mismatch there tells you everything.

Do they report net peptide content or just HPLC purity? Purity can be 99% while net content is lower once you subtract counterions/water.

I track that in my sheet next to heavy metals and fill mass; my trendline says generic COAs always omit one of those three. If Primalpharm’s COA doesn’t show net content, that’s my main gate. Otherwise I’m just comparing decorative percentages.
