Looked up GHRP-2 and closed every tab

I'm a dorm-bound junior with a meal plan that mostly translates to grilled chicken, rice, and whatever hot sauce isn't locked up. I've been on sema since February and I'm down 16 pounds, which is great, but my grocery budget is still $35 a week and my cheap-protein rotation is basically eggs, tuna packets, and rotisserie chicken on clearance.

Every time I fall into peptide threads, GHRP-2 keeps popping up.

I tried to read one explainer between laundry loads and my brain just slid off the numbers. Not asking for a protocol or anything close to that - I'm just wondering if anyone else got curious, then realized they mostly wanted a nap and a boring appetite.

The whole thing feels like a different tax bracket and a different personality. Did anyone else read one GHRP-2 thread and decide to go buy yogurt instead?

Good call closing those tabs. I did the same spiral at my worst plateau and it just made me obsessive. What actually moved the needle for me was tracking weekly averages instead of daily weigh-ins, and realizing my protein had quietly dropped.

Dorm hack: get a to-go box at the dining hall, grab double grilled chicken, and stash it for dinner. Then my $35 goes to eggs, plain Greek yogurt, and frozen edamame instead of clearance rotisserie chicken. Also, hot sauce is basically a food group—check if your hall has sriracha packets.

What’s your current protein target? I only ask because when I finally hit ~120g, the scale started moving again after three weeks of nothing.
