I’m about seven months into a GLP-1 and down 41 lb. The useful stuff hasn’t been dramatic: protein at breakfast, a 20-minute walk, sleep above 7 hours, and noticing whether I’m actually hungry before dinner.
When I read claims — about peptides, supplements, or some new tracking gadget — I want the measured outcome, the time frame, and what it’s compared with. Personal stories matter, but they’re not the same as evidence.
For the folks who keep notes: what one or two data points have changed your behavior? And how do you keep tracking from becoming another chore?
