my territory got redrawn today, which means 19 hotel nights and six ciies before the end of the month. Normally I travel with a shaker bottle, a bag of almonds, and those little tuna packets that make housekeeping raise an eyebrow.
But hotel breakfast buffets are my weak spot: I can walk past the pastries, then loop back at 9 p.m. for a cookie because the room feels too quiet.
The appetite-quiet from my med has helped, but boredom still knocks. Last week I did Greek yogurt and eggs in the morning, then ruined it with minibar pretzels while answering emails. Not a crisis, just annoying.
What's your no-fuss hotel protein move that doesn't require a cooler or a full grocery run?
