Protide Health data point: slow reply, crushed box, delay

Anyone know if they ship international? Saw a mention of EU options but no details on the site.

Do they post COAs per batch or just a generic one? That’s usually my first red flag check.

Prices seem mid-range. Has anyone compared recent quotes to other vendors? Not trying to overpay for labels.

Watching this one. No dog in the fight, just here for the popcorn and maybe a COA or two.

Sharp ask: does the COA lot number match the vial label, or is it a generic batch PDF? I’d also want HPLC-UV vs LC-MS specified, plus the actual chromatogram and an endotoxin result. Purity % alone is nearly useless without method and batch linkage.

Lifestyle-wise, I track arrival condition, lot, COA date, and freezer log in one sheet; if any link is missing, I pass. Has anyone actually gotten a batch-specific COA from them, or just a screenshot?

I’m brand new here, sorry if this is a dumb ask. For the delay, was it “label created, no movement” or did tracking actually update? That would tell me if it’s a warehouse problem vs. carrier.

And since only one item is listed, is it a soft launch or their whole catalog? I track my own weight and measurements weekly, so I’m trying not to rush a group buy, but I’d want to know if there’s a real restock date. Thanks for sharing.
