Anyone know if they ship same day when you order before noon? Been burned by 'next day' promises before. Do they send tracking automatically or do you have to chase them?

COAs on the site look clean, but are they batch-specific or just generic PDFs? Would like to see the actual lab method and sample date listed.

Prices seem mid-range for UK domestic. Has anyone compared their bulk discounts to the usual suspects? Not naming names, but my wallet is watching.

Their site says 'third-party tested' — third party who? A mate with a printer? Just asking for clarity before I get too curious.

Ordered last month, packaging was discreet and tracking updated fine. Can't speak to anything else, but shipping was solid from my end.

I keep a boring spreadsheet: pice per mg, shipping, dispatch cutoff, restock gap. My last three UK-to-UK orders landed in 1, 2, and 4 days; the one that shipped from EU took 9. So origin matters more than sticker price for me.

Has anyone noted their recent dispatch-to-door times, and is the stock shown real-time or just “in stock” until a backorder email? If it’s not same-day dispatch, the cheaper headline price usually loses once I factor the wait.

yo, late-night scroll here. one thng i check that hasn’t come up: does the COA link actually go to the testing lab’s own portal or QR, or is it just a re-uploaded PDF on the shop’s CDN? if it’s the latter, batch numbers can be typed by anyone. also, is the HPLC/MS run date visible, or just the report date?

if the run is older than the current listing, that’s a red flag for me. i compare that before price tbh.

I’m another empty-nester who’s gotten weirdly into label reading since starting daily walks and batch cooking. One thing I’d ask them directly: can they send the COA for the exact lot before you pay, and does the lot number on the box match it?

I also look for the lab’s ISO 17025 scope on its own site—not just a name on a PDF. If they won’t share the raw method file or at least instrument/column details, I pass.

I screenshot the vial label next to the COA in my notes app, because hotel-room lighting + tiny fonts = chaos. Does their site show a tested-on date too, or just purity %? That’s the bit I can never find while waiting at a gate.
