Hi all, I'm Sarah, 41, I do scheduling at a hospital which means my sleep has been garbage for years. About three months ago I started lifting twice a week and walking most mornings before shift, and I've dropped maybe fifteen pounds and feel genuinely better.
Got bloodwork done last week and my inflammation numbers came down a lot, which was great news, but my cholesterol went up instead of down and my doctor just shrugged at me. Has anyone else had that happen early on, and did it settle out or did you have to change something?
Trying not to overthink it but it's bugging me.
