Hi, 44F here — I do telehealth intake scheduling from my kitchen table, so I sit for nine hours a day talking to strangers about their insurance, and the snack drawer has been my worst enemy for years. I cut back hard on carbs about six weeks ago mostly to kill the 3pm crash, and it's honestly working: down around 10 lbs and I'm not falling asleep at my desk anymore.
But my morning fasting glucose bounces between the high 80s and low 100s and I can't figure out what's driving it — same dinner, same bedtime, different number every day. Is that just a thing this early on? What else would you all be keeping an eye on besides that one number?
