Hi everyone, I'm brand new here and a little nervous. I started this week, and I'm trying to read the trial discussions before I post anything silly.
I opened the presentation thread everyone was talking about and honestly got lost in the acronyms and charts. Is it normal to feel like everyone here already understands the studies?
I've started a tiny note on my phone after meals: time, hunger from 1 to 10, and whether I could finish a normal plate. Last night I ate about half of what I used to and felt content for hours. That was a small, quiet win.
I'm not asking for anything medical, just wondering if other new folks paced themselves with all the data. How did you learn the forum shorthand without feeling overwhelmed? Thanks for being kind.
