My scale held steady all week, but my lunch prep got a bit easier

I’m nine weeks into a scale stretch that will not budge — 218.4 Monday, 218.6 Wednesday, 218.2 this morning. The one real thing from my week: I prepped five lunches on Sunday without opening a second snack bag while packing.

Same chicken, rice, and pepper mix I always make, but I actually stopped at one container instead of nibbling my way through the kitchen. That won’t show up on the graph, and I’m trying not to dismiss it.

The flat weeks are exactly where I’ve quit before, so I’m logging this anyway. For anyone who’s been through a long no-move stretch: what non-scale thing did you track that didn’t feel like busywork?

That’s a win — the no-second-snack-bag thing is honestly the whole game. I travel a lot too, and my hotel-room hack is pre-portioning snacks into ziplocks before the trip so I’m not standing at the minibar doing math at 10 p.m.

For your five lunches: do you pack them all cold, or freeze a couple? I’ve had rice get weird by Thursday in a hotel fridge, so I’m curious what actually survives the week for you.
