I'm 41, down 18 lbs since February, and I live out of a carry-on about 20 nights a month. Saw the news about GLP-1s and lower five-year dementia-risk predictions, and my first thought was: great, one more thing to Google at gate B12.
My actual haits are less sci-fi: protein shake in the hotel gym, almonds in the airport, walking laps when a flight slips two hours, and trying not to eat my feelings in a cinnamon-roll-scented terminal. I'm not expecting a miracle brain boost, but it did make me feel a little better about sticking with this weird travel routine.
