I'm 23 weeks in and down 38 lbs. I measure my calves every Sunday morning — they went from 16.5 inches to 14.25 inches. Last winter I needed wide calf boots, size 9W. Yesterday I zipped up a regular pair, size 9M, over jeans.
I've been tracking boot prices and stock since September: the ones I bought dropped from $129 to $89, and they kept selling out for weeks. They shipped in 4 days, beating an 11-day order from another site.
I ordered two pairs to compare fit and return policies. The regular calf won by a mile.
My thighs are still a work in progress, but this felt like a real win. Anyone else notice calves shrinking before thighs?
