In case this is useful, Finally saw a new number after 5 weeks of bouncing around the same 2 lbs. Down 1.6 this morning, 21 total since October. I have two kids (4 and 7) and 5-6pm is pure chaos, so I was eating their leftover mac and cheese and goldfish while making dinner.
Last week I made myself a snack drawer: string cheese, turkey roll-ups, grapes, mini cucumbers, and the 100-cal popcorn bags. Sounds dumb but grabbing one of those while I cook stopped the mindless leftovers.
I also started eating the same breakfast (Greek yogurt, frozen berries, a little granola) instead of skipping then being ravenous. My jeans are loose enough that I need a belt now, which feels ridiculous but good. Not doing anything fancy.
What's one snack-drawer staple that actually works for you and doesn't get stolen by the kids?
