My side effects followed dinner timing, not the medication calendar

The side effect I keep tracking isn't the headline nausea. Around my second month, nausea was mild and intermittent, but reflux and sulfur burps were the noisy ones. In the trials, GI stuff is usually most common early and often settles, but group averages don't say much about timing.

I started a note with three boring fields: when I ate, how long before lying down, and whether I walked after. Across 24 days, my roughest nights clustered after eating within 90 minutes of bed, especially on low-water days.

Moving dinner earlier and doing a 20-minute loop didn't erase it, but the mornings got noticeably less sour.

That could be coincidence, and I'm not trying to generalize from my own log. Has anyone else noticed side effects tracking more with evening routine than with the med schedule?

Curious what your three fields are exactly. I ended up adding a fourth and fifth: minutes between last bite and lying down, and a crude fat/volume score for dinner.

For me the sulfur burps track way more with late, heavy meals than with injection day; in the trials they lump that as early GI stuff, but obviously that’s group-level. Also started noting carbonation and whether I ate fast, because both seem to make reflux louder.

Did you log posture/sleep position or just timing? If you’re willing
