Acmdllc was slow and the packaging was rough

Anyone know if they ship internationally, and what's typical transit time? Do they provide tracking? Thinking of placing a small first order, but I want clear terms before sending anything.

COAs on a site mean nothing unless they're from a real lab with batch numbers you can verify. Has anyone confirmed a recent batch independently? Not trying to be negative, just cautious.

What's the current minimum for free shipping? Their price list looks okay, but shipping might kill small orders. Anyone ordered recently and can share the total landed cost?

I'm here for the lab reports and the theatrics. Mostly the drama.

Do they include COAs in the package or only by email? And is packaging discreet? I don't need a neon sign on my porch.

New account, first post defending the vendor? That's not suspicious at all. Maybe share a timestamped, redacted pack shot instead of vibes.

If prices are that low, I'd want to see HPLC for the exact batch. Cheap plus vague COA is a no from me until someone posts independent testing.

The useful signal isn’t the catalog, it’s whether old lot pages stay up. If a COA URL gets recycled or the lot number only appears post-purchase, that’s not maintenance.

I track listing URL, lot ID, COA filename/hash, and whether prior versions are archived. Anyone know if they keep a public lot archive, or is it just the current PDF?

I’m late to this one, but the detail I’d want is whether their lot numbers actually match inside and out. I’ve had boxes where the outer carton said one lot and the little inner vials were stamped different—made me send the whole thing back. Also, do they include a temp indicator or desiccant?

late to the party but op said packaging was rough — did anything actually get crushed or just dinged up? i log arrival condition in a notes app cause i've had boxes show up looking like they went through a wood chipper and the contents were fine, but once a crushed corner meant a broken seal.

There was a whole thread on this last spring: first carrier scan origin tells you more than the storefront. I got lazy on a 2022 buy and only noticed the label said one state while tracking started overseas; now my spreadsheet has columns for origin scan, inner seal, and whether the cold pack was still cool.

Does acmdllc publish where they ship from before payment, or is that an ask-after-invoice thing? That’s my make-or-break lately.
