Tbh not adding to the shipping-time pile, but one thing I’d ask before ordering: do they ship with cold packs, and does tracking show any origin scan? I ordered from a different source once and the label was created overseas, then zero movement for 9 days, then it popped up at a USPS regional hub.

I’d add: ask for the actual third-party lab PDF, not a cropped summary, and verify it lists the method (HPLC/LC-MS) plus a sample ID traceable to the lot. A COA without raw chromatogram or mass spec is just marketing.

Also, before ordering, ask if they’ll send a photo of the sealed vial label with lot #. If they won’t, I’m out.

I track label-creation city versus first carrier scan separately—when those don’t match the advertised origin, that’s my personal red flag.
