Anyone know if they ship within the UK only or do they post to EU? Curious about typical delivery times and whether tracking is included.

Do they publish third-party COAs for every batch, or just selected products? Would like to see current lot numbers and dates before ordering.

Prices look reasonable, but are there any discount codes or bulk rates? Also, is there a minimum order for free shipping?

I’d ask them directly: will they send the exact lot COA before payment, and does the vial label match the lot ID on the lab report? I keep a boring spreadsheet — vendor, lot, assay date, lab name, report ID verifiable on the lab’s site.

If the COA has no report ID or portal lookup, it’s just a branded PDF. Also: two SKUs could mean lean inventory or drop-shipping. Ask if they stock or order on demand; that changes tracking timelines. Watching.
