On COAs — are third-party ones available before purchase, and do they show batch number, test method, and which lab did the testing? Are the BRL prices tax-inclusive, and do they change by quantity or batch?
Shipping is the other thing: which carriers, do they cover domestic and international, what timelines, and is there cold-chain or special packaging? And where are they based — can they confirm their legal/regulatory status for distributing research materials?
Just trying to compare them against a couple other suppliers before I commit to anything.
