Planning an order soon and trying to compare suppliers, so Grey Axis Research (US, 12 listed products) is on my list before I commit to any lab order. For those 12 products, do they post current catalog specs, quantities, and stock status, and how often is that updated?
What's their COA setup—are lot-specific third-party COAs available for each product before purchase, with method/instrument details? Since they're US-based, where do domestic shipments originate, what carriers/service levels, and what are typical dispatch/transit times?
How are research materials packaged for transit—temperature control, tamper evidence, and what documentation is included? And is pricing public per unit, including shipping, bulk tiers, any minimum order, and payment methods? Just trying to figure out if they're worth it vs others.
