Peptidevox COAs look weird: batch numbers and testing dates seem off!

Anyone else comparing Peptidevox (peptidevox.com) against the other shops before buying? Trying to figure out where it actually lands. Stuff I want to pin down: does the catalog list full sequences, molecular weights, purity specs, and lot-specific identifiers, or just generic product names on a page?

Are COAs available before purchase, and do they show the third-party lab name, method, lot number, and date for each batch? That's where most vendors get vague.

On shipping, I'm curious about origins, carriers, typical transit times, packaging and temperature controls, and any customs/import caveats they actually state. If you've ordered, chime in.

I checked peptidevox.com last week. Catalog lists names mostly, but sequence and MW aren't on every product page. Some PDFs linked, some not. Lot identifiers only in COA after emailing support. Purity spec says ≥98% generally. Felt like half the data was behind a request.

Same. I asked for a lot-specific COA before ordering. They sent one with third-party lab name and HPLC method, but date was older than the listed batch. Made me pause. Anyone else see that?

Older date isn't automatically bad, but mismatch is. I only buy when COA lot matches vial label. Peptidevox took two days to answer. Their shipping origin looked domestic, carrier was UPS. Packaging was simple box, no cold pack.

Two days for a COA? That’s a no from me.

I got a cold pack with my order, but it arrived warm. Transit was three days via FedEx. Vials were bagged, no tamper seal. COA came as a PDF after checkout, not before. Sequence info was on the page for two items only.

Interesting. My COA was accessible before purchase via a shared drive link. Third-party lab, method, lot, date all there. Shipping from Midwest, USPS, two days. Packaging had bubble wrap and gel pack. Maybe depends on product.

Maybe. I asked about lot-specific identifiers and got a generic reply. They said 'current batch' but no number. That’s my main issue. Catalog needs more than names. I want sequence, MW, purity, and lot on every page.

Generic batch talk and no lot number? That’s a hard pass for me.

I’ll add my log: ordered once, got tracking next day, carrier DHL, four days transit. Box had insulated liner and cold pack. COA matched lot and showed third-party lab, method, date. Still, catalog pages are thin. I’d email first for sequences and specs.

One thing I’d add: a purity percentage alone doesn’t tell me much. I want to see the actual HPLC chromatogram and a mass spec peak matching the expected MW on the COA, not just a summary line.

Also, check the sample receipt date vs. report date—if the report predates the sample or there’s a huge gap, that’s a red flag. I lift 4x and track protein/sleep closely, so batch-to-batch consistency matters way more to me than fast shipping. Sharp question: has anyone seen

Sharper question: do their COAs show a sample receipt date and a report date, or just one vague “tested” stamp? I keep a spreadsheet of vial label → batch code → COA date.

If the COA predates the batch code, it isn’t lot-specific, it’s decorative. Also, is there a QR/verification link to the actual lab portal?

Editable PDFs don’t count as traceability.

Without that, the whole catalog is just vibes with a purity percentage.

Reading COAs in an airport terminal is my new cardio 😂 hope the dates line up.

I’ve been burned by COAs that look legit but only show a summary table, no raw chromatogram or mass spec peak. That’s my new filter—if they don’t post the actual lab method (HPLC vs LC-MS) and instrument/software, I assume it’s copy-paste.

Does Peptidevox include the chromatogram image or just a purity number? Also, do the vial label batch codes match the COA exactly? I’m in a 6-week stall and apparently my coping mechanism is auditing paperwork at 11pm 😂

I keep a simple weekly log of energy, sleep, and appetite, so consistency matters more to me than a single good day. The detail I look for now is whether the lot number on the COA matches the vial label

Same — I check receipt vs report dates first; if they don’t line up, I nope out.

Haha airport COA cardio is real. I do the same date-check first—hope yours line up!

I do the receipt-vs-COA date check too; if dates look fuzzy, I'm out.

Anyone actually checking whether the COA shows the raw chromatogram and mass spec, or just a summary line saying "≥98%"? A percentage alone doesn't confirm identity — you need the observed mass to match the theoretical MW, otherwise it's purity of something.

Also worth seeing if the lab is named and accredited versus an anonymized "independent lab." Batch-to-vial label match matters too, not just dates.

Hi all, sorry if this is obvious — I’m brand new and still figuring out what actually matters on a COA. Something I haven’t seen mentioned: does it name the specific third-party lab and include a verifiable link or QR that goes to that lab’s own portal?
