For each product, are there batch-specific COAs, and do they show the third-party lab name, method, purity result, and test date? Where do they dispatch from, what’s the typical shipping timeline within the UK/EU, and how are temperature-sensitive items packaged and tracked?
Do published prices include VAT and shipping, and are minimum-order or bulk-pricing thresholds disclosed before checkout? Also, can they confirm the company’s registered location and provide a recent independent COA for a specific lot before purchase? That’s the baseline I use for any new shop.
