First thing, what do they actually stock — which categories and compounds — and do the catalog entries get updated with current availability, purity, and pack sizes, or is it stale? COAs are my bigger question.

Are they batch-specific and third-party, and do they show lot number, test date, analytical method, chromatograms, and purity results matching the exact catalog item? Then logistics: where do they ship from, which carriers and packaging, and what do typical transit times, tracking, and customs/import look like?

And money stuff — do published prices include shipping or handling, and are minimum order quantities, payment methods, or regional restrictions disclosed before checkout? Curious if anyone's actually ordered.

Does shipping require signature? What’s the packaging like, discreet or plain? Also, do they combine orders? These little details usually tell you more than the homepage.

I care less about the headline purity number and more whether the COA is actually traceable. Does it list the lab’s name and accreditation, the test method, a chromatogram, and a batch/lot that matches the vial label? Or is it just a generic PDF with a percentage and no date?

If anyone has emailed them, did they send the current batch COA before purchase, or only after? I track daily weight and a 7-day trend anyway, so noise doesn’t spook me—but unverifiable paperwork does.

I’ve been maintaining for a while, so I’m less swayed by a headline purity number. What I’d want to see on those COAs: the actual chromatogram, the method (HPLC vs LC-MS), and whether sterility/endotoxin was run or it’s purity only. A summary PDF with no raw data reads as incomplete to me.

Also, does the lab name match an accredited facility you can look up independently, or is it just a logo? If the docs can’t answer that, I’d wait.

I’m back after a regain, so I’m trying to be boringly consistent with protein/water/strength. But when I look at a COA, I want to see the full panel—residual solvents, heavy metals, sterility/endotoxins—not just a potency result.

Does Titratelab name the lab and method, and is the test date close to the batch date? Also, do the pack sizes/availability on the site actually refresh, or are some listings stale? That’s what I’d want before even considering it.

late night gamer brain here: i’d check whether the COA actually names the third-party lab, lists the test method, and includes a chromatogram/raw data. a bare pdf with just a % and no test date is a no from me. also are pack sizes and stock actually live on the site, or is it a static page?

i track soda swaps and sleep in a notes app, so stale info drives me up a wall. has anyone seen a recent test date on their docs?

Every time this comes up I think of that old thread where the COA looked great but was two years old. My boring check now: does the COA have a test date plus a linked chromatogram/method, or just a summary purity PDF? And does the catalog actually show current

I’m deep in plateau hell so I’ve been over-researching everything. The COA side is where I stall out: do they post the actual chromatogram/method, not just a summary “99% pure”? And does the lot on the COA match the lot printed on the vial or box?

I got burned once by a clean PDF that couldn’t be tied to what showed up. Also, is the catalog stock updated with dates or just a static “in stock” badge? If anyone ordered recently, did the label lot line up?
