Trying to gauge recent Counterculturelabs order experiences

Planning an order soon and Counterculturelabs (counterculturelabs.org) is on my shortlist, so I'm poking at their listed catalog, published prices, and shipping info before I commit. Couple things I can't tell from the site: does the catalog list batch-specific COAs, and can you actually view them before ordering?

Are the published prices per unit or per kit, and do taxes, payment fees, or handling get tacked on after? Also curious what they state for shipping origins, carriers, and typical transit times, and whether tracking comes with it.

And where is the vendor located or shipping from, does that create customs or regional restrictions for lab buyers? For anything out of stock or pre-order, are lead times and reshipment/refund terms published anywhere? If you've ordered, chime in.

Has anyone actually seen a recent COA with batch numbers matching the vials? I’m not saying anything’s off, just want to know what documentation looks like.

Do they actually post batch-specific COAs? Last vendor I used just had a generic PDF from 2022. If the numbers match the current lot, I might bite.

Prices look a bit high compared to the usual suspects. Is there a minimum order or coupon code floating around? Not paying extra for a fancy label.

Do they include COAs in the package or only email? And is shipping tracked? Asking because my last order played hide-and-seek with the postal service.

COAs are just PDFs until proven otherwise. Still, curious. If anyone gets a pack, let us know if the labels look legit or like they were made in MS Paint.
