Hey all — Elena here, 44, live just outside Cleveland. I run a small bakery with my sister, so I'm elbow-deep in flour and sugar five days a week, and my version of "clean eating" is mostly just cooking from scratch and hoping for the best. Been lurking since winter and finally made an account.
The big change this year was cutting way back on wine and getting a walk in before the shop opens — nothing dramatic, but I feel better and the jeans fit again. What I can't sort out is whether it's the booze or the walking doing the heavy lifting.
Anyone else change two or three things at once and have no clue which one actually mattered?
