Hi everyone, I'm Casey, 52, a school library aide in Ohio. I've been reading up on GLP-1 stuff since spring and lurking here for a few weeks, mostly trying to figure out what's normal and what's just me.
My dad had type 2, so I'm trying to be less surprised by my blood sugar and more consistent with sleep and walking. I'm not a spreadsheet person, but I did notice my mornings look better when I actually go to bed on time. Glad to be here.
