Regulatory whiplash is not a column in my spreadsheet

I read the update about the peptide list, added a row to my tracker, and then stared at the trendline I already have: 43 weekly weigh-ins, a 0.3 lb/week slope since April, and side columns for sleep, protein, and whether the next morning felt flat. The list change feels huge in the abstract.

In my actual decision tree, it barely moves anything, because supply, cost, and my own response are three separate tabs. Mildly contrarian: I am not changing a plan over a headline.

Access news is entertainment until it shows up in my refill timeline and my monthly budget. If you keep a maybe-later tab, what threshold would make you actually open it?

Same. I lift 4x/week and gave the list update about five minutes before I went back to my log.

The only column that actually predicts my trendline is sleep debt: two nights under 7h and the scale spikes, my top set feels glued, and I’m “flat” the next morning. Does your flat column line up more with sleep or with weekly training volume?

That would tell you whether the regulatory noise is even upstream of the numbers you care about.
