i'm down 126 since last spring. late night gamer here, so most of my old calories were soda and whatever i could eat with one hand between matches.
did the swap experiments: diet soda made me bloated, sparkling water was fine for a month, now it's cold brew and a weird amount of plain seltzer. the physical stuff i expected.
what i didn't expect is this exposed feeling. not sad exactly, more like the weight was a buffer and now every interaction hits closer to the skin.
old friends treat me different.
my ranked duo says i'm no fun because i don't order the same junk at 1am. i also get this dumb guilt when i catch myself missing being invisible.
anyone else have the mental lag where your body is ahead of your personality? i still default to the fat guy jokes and then feel like a fraud.
