Ameanopeptides COAs are batch testing paperwork and worth checking

I asked them last month. They sent a batch COA after I requested a specific lot, but it wasn't linked on the product page. Felt a bit like a treasure hunt.

Prices I saw were per vial, not kit. Shipping was quoted separately at checkout, and cold-chain was an extra line item. No duties included for my country.

My order came via FedEx Priority. Packaging was a small box with gel packs, no temp logger inside. Transit took four days, though tracking stalled midway.

Vendor page says they're in the US, but the return address on my parcel was a fulfillment hub in another state. Not sure where they actually ship from.

COAs before purchase? Good luck. I had to email twice.

Same, had to email. They replied within a day with a PDF, but it was for an older batch. Current lot COA only after payment, which I didn't love.

Cold-chain fee was $35 for a small vial. They used insulated mailer and dry ice, but it arrived mostly melted. Product survived, though I won't repeat in summer.

They told me they ship domestic only right now. International listings might be dropship from a partner, but I couldn't get that confirmed in writing.

I keep a spreadsheet of vendors. Ameanopeptides is on my 'ask more questions' tab. COA access and origin are my sticking points before I'd reorder.

the thing i always check now is whether the COA lot # matches the label on the actual vial/kit, not just the batch page. had a vendor send a clean PDF but the box lot was different, so it was useless for tracking.

also ask for the full chromatogram plus sterility/endotoxin pages, not just a one-line purity number. if they only test by kit or say “current batch similar,” that’s a nope.

anyone gotten a current-lot COA before checkout, or is it always after you ping support?

One thing I’d want to see on the COA itself: the actual chromatogram/spectra and the testing lab’s name, not just a summary purity percentage. Purity without method and test date is kind of meaningless to me. Do they let you preview the current batch’s COA before checkout, or only after payment?

I keep a column for COA date vs order date because stale paperwork is my main red flag. If you ask, curious what they say.

late-night order gremlin here. the thing i’d add: ask if their COA has sterility/endotoxin results or just purity. if it’s only purity, i file it under "pretty PDF" not proof.

also what’s the actual domestic packaging—gel packs/insulated, or just a bubble mailer? i’ve had summer stuff show up warm and it made me side-eye the whole batch.

if you email them, will they send the COA before payment or only after? that’s my make-or-break.
