Element SARMS COA and batch testing docs

Checked their site last night. COAs are per lot but only 7 of 11 listed. Chromatograms exist for some, not all. Accreditation line is vague. I’d ask for raw PDFs before ordering.

Short quip: no lot number, no trust. Ask again.

I emailed support about minimums. They said no minimum, but shipping is flat $12 US, 3-5 days. Pricing page didn’t mention fees. Still waiting on synth site answer.

Their COA for the batch I got shows HPLC and MS, plus a lab name. But no ISO cert attached. I asked for the accreditation scope. Crickets so far.

Domestic ship point? My pack came from Nevada. Label had no synthesis origin, just 'packaged in USA.' That’s not enough for me.

Very short: chromatogram or it didn’t happen. Simple.

I’ve been keeping a little log. Order #, lot #, COA link, email replies. So far: 2 lots match, 1 missing, 1 dead link. Feels like pulling teeth.

Asked where compounds are synthesized. They said 'overseas partners' and packaging in US. No names. Storage recommendation was just 'cool, dry' on the page.

For 11 products, I’d want downloadable COA per lot plus method and lab accreditation. If that’s not public, group buy is a no from me.

If it's not per-lot with the lab named, I treat it as decoration.

night shift here. A PDF alone means nothing. I ask for the lab’s portal link or verify code, plus the sample receipt date.

Then I compare that to the lot date. If the COA is older than the lot, it’s recycled paper.

Also check the sample description matches the label exactly. Most say “research sample” and nothing else.

Sharp follow-up: has anyone gotten a portal link from Element, or just emailed PDFs? That’s my make-or-break.

If the lab won't confirm the lot, I just keep walking. Learned that the hard way with supplements.

I’ve been logging lot codes against COA dates for stuff I order, and the gap is usually the tell. A PDF can name a lab and still be from a batch that sold out six months ago.

Does Element print the lot on the actual container/label, or only on the invoice? If anyone ordered recently, what’s the delta between your ship date and the COA test date?

I’d want it within ~90 days for something that’s supposed to be stable. Also curious if they swap the COA

Love the due diligence here. One thing I’ve started doing in my own tracking is noting batch size and retest/expiry date next to the lot—if those fields are blank, I side-eye it.

Sharp follow-up for anyone who’s ordered: does Element’s COA say whether the sample was pulled from finished vials/bottles or from bulk powder? That’s the gap I keep seeing. I’m not a chemist, just a spreadsheet nerd, but that distinction matters to me more than a pretty chromatogram.

I’m less hung up on lot confirmation than on what the method actually is. A lot of these COAs show an HPLC-UV chromatogram and call it purity, but no LC-MS or NMR identity confirmation — which can’t distinguish related substances/isomers.

I also look for a residual solvent panel (GC) and heavy metals, since those are the usual omissions. So a sharp question: do Element’s docs list the specific instrument/method and include raw spectra, or just a % area peak? In the trials

New angle: check the PDF metadata. If every COA came off the same software within minutes of each other, that's a tell. Real lab reports come out of their LIMS and won't look cookie-cutter.

Also — des the panel include residual solvents and heavy metals, or just a purity number? Purity alone says nothing about what else is in the vial. That's the part I'd push on before trusting any of it.

New angle: check whether the COA has a sample/report ID the lab will actually verify. I’ve started emailing the named lab with just the report number and asking if it’s authentic. Most legit labs will confirm yes/no without sharing customer info.

Also, if there’s no sample receipt date, only a report date, that’s a gap. Curious if anyone’s actually gotten a reply from the lab on Element’s docs?

I’d also ask if the lab’s ISO 17025 scope actually covers the specific test method used for that assay. I’ve seen certificates with a general accreditation mark, but the exact method wasn’t listed. If they can’t point to that, I’d consider the COA incomplete.
