I emailed them last week about batch numbers. They said lot codes are printed on each label and COA page lists matching batch. Took two days for reply. Not instant, but traceable if you keep the email.

Five products seems low for a catalog. Maybe they rotate stock or keep a narrow line. I’d ask if the directory is complete or just what’s listed right now.

Checkout added no tax for my state, but a small signature fee appeared at the end. So the listed price wasn’t final. I screenshotted the cart before paying.

COAs: I only saw current ones for three items. The other two linked to older batches. If they say every product has one, ask for the exact batch you’d receive.

Shipping from US: my pack went out same day, arrived in four days, plain box. No customs since domestic. Tracking came via email after label creation.

Five products? That’s not a catalog, that’s a sample pack.

I keep a little due-diligence notebook. Behemoth Labz replied to my COA question but wouldn’t confirm future batch consistency. That’s the part I care about before ordering.

Prices updated whenever stock changes, from what I can tell. One item jumped $6 overnight. Ask them to honor cart price if it shifts during checkout.

If lot numbers are traceable, I’d want the COA before payment, not after. Anyone gotten a batch-specific document pre-order? That’s my sticking point.

Catalog size is a red herring. The useful filter is whether the COA is tied to a lab accession/QR that resolves on the testing lab’s own portal, not just a PDF on the vendor site.

Also check the method: HPLC purity alone is weak for identity; LC-MS or NMR is stronger. If they can’t supply that for the exact lot, the rest is moot. Has anyone actually seen an independent report number and sample receipt date, or is it just “99% pure” graphics?

I’m a daily weigher and pretty zen about scale noise, but supply-side noise is different. What I’d want before ordering is a photo of the actual vial or box label showing a lot number that matches the COA—not just a lookup page.

A current PDF is nice, but if the physical batch isn’t printed and verifiable, I can’t connect what arrives to what was tested. Has anyone who ordered actually seen that label-to-COA match? That’s my personal go/no-go.

I’m more curious whether the batch code is printed on the actual bottle, not just findable online. My kitchen is chaos — two kids, snack drawer is a free-for-all — so I label everything with a Sharpie date and keep my own stuff in a separate bin.

I’m less fussed about catalog size — five SKUs is whatever. I want shipping reality: did recent orders come from a US warehouse or a reshipper?

If it’s overseas, customs risk and 2–3 week waits are part of the real cost. Also, does checkout show stock status per item, or can you pay and then get a backorder email?

That kind of supply-side noise bugs me more than normal scale fluctuations.

What I want to know: is their stock count live, or do they oversell and email a backorder das later? That’s what killed another source for me.

Also, do they ship partials or hold the whole order? If someone ordered recently, did the site stock match reality, and does the billing descriptor look normal?

I don’t need weird names popping up in my bank app at 3am.

COA quality is the gating issue for me. A lot-specific PDF with HPLC + MS and a named, accredited lab is useful; a generic “99% purity” cert is decoration.

I log order date, lot, COA date, and arrival temp in the same sheet as weight/sleep/HR—if those fields don’t reconcile, I stop there. Has anyone seen a recent COA that actually lists the analytical method and lab accreditation, not just a logo? That’s the detail I’d want before trusting catalog claims.

one thing I haven’t seen covered: does the order confirmation itself name the lot you’ll get, or does that only show up once it ships? I keep a batch/energy/sleep log because my appetite tracking gets weird if anything changes mid-stream, so I like a paper trail from checkout to bottle.

If you’ve ordered recently, did the COA link in your account stay pinned to the same revision, or did it quietly get swapped later? That’s my gentle hang-up before I’d feel okay ordering.

My little pharmacy receipt never names the lot either, so I feel ya.

I nerd out on logistics spreadsheets too. One thing I’d add: start a simple order log with date, payment method, carrier, and first scan.

That’s how I caught my last package sitting in “label created” for four days before actually moving. For anyone who ordered recently, did tracking originate from the same state as the return address, or was it a third-party fulfillment hub?

Also, has the catalog changed week to week, or is five products genuinely it right now? Curious if stock rotates.
