Giving Medically Enhanced RX (medicallyenhancedrx.to) a skeptical look before I'd ever consider a lab order. Public listings show prices and shipping info, so that's a start, but I've still got a bunch of questions.

Which product categories or compounds are actually listed, and are there batch-specific COAs or third-party lab reports for each lot available before checkout? How are prices set up—per vial/unit, bulk tiers, payment-method fees—and does shipping get included or tacked on?

What carriers, methods, turnaround times, packaging, and tracking do they state, plus any jurisdiction restrictions? Where are they based/operating from, and what's the return, reship, or discrepancy policy if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Can you see COAs without an account, and can buyers independently verify lab identity, methods, and sample dates? That's what I'd want answered first.

The COA thing is my first filter. A real third-party report should show the exact lot number matching the vial, the lab’s name, test date, and a way to verify it independently—not just one generic PDF reused across products. If the site only has sample reports, that tells me plenty.

I’m in maintenance now and mostly track protein, steps, sleep, and how clothes fit, so hype doesn’t move me much. Sharp follow-up: do they list lot numbers at checkout, or do you only find out after it lands?

the lab name on the COA matters more to me than the PDF existing. I’ve seen “third-party tested” slapped over an unlabeled chromatogram that reverse-image-searched onto three other vendor sites.

Does this one list an actual lab, sample submission date, and method (HPLC vs LC-MS)? Also, have any buyers posted their own vial and label photos, not just the site’s stock mockups? That’s usually my nope-or-go signal.

I track sleep, resting HR, and appetite daily, so a 5–10 day ETA drift mangles my baseline. Does the site state where each category ships from and a realistic ETA, or just generic “ships in X days”? Also, are listed prices per vial or per kit?
