A friend asked me about Optimalhealthtrt (optimalhealthtrt.com), so I’m trying to compare them before anyone orders. Does their posted shipping info actually match checkout right now, like origin, carriers, tracking, cold-chain or discreet packaging, and normal delivery windows?
I also want to know which specific products and concentrations they carry, and whether you can see a complete catalog with batch numbers before ordering. Are batch-specific COAs posted for each lot, and do those include HPLC/MS purity plus sterility/endotoxin testing where applicable?
Is pricing clear, including shipping fees, bulk discounts, payment methods, and any reship/refund policy for lost or customs-seized parcels? And where are they located, plus what business/contact details do they give for accountability? If anyone’s used them, I’d like to hear it.
