Do you name the prescription when people ask about portions?

Hello, I'm brand new here and oly on day five, so I'm still figuring out the social side. At Sunday dinner, my sister asked why I took just a few bites of lasagna when I usually go back for seconds. I said I was full, which was true, and left it there.

She didn't push, but I felt odd for not mentioning the prescription. I'm not embarrassed—I just don't want every family meal to turn into a Q&A. For those who have been doing this longer, when someone comments on your portions, do you name the medication or keep it vague and just say thanks/I'm full?

I'd like to be honest without overexplaining. Sorry if this is a silly first-week question.

I get it, but I don't mention mine unless it's a close friend.

I haven’t named it either. At a family birthday last month I just said, “My appetite’s been weird lately, so I’m doing smaller plates,” then asked who was winning at Uno. Nobody pushed.

With my two kids, I keep a snack drawer with string cheese, turkey sticks, and applesauce pouches, so if I only eat a few bites at dinner I’m not starving by 8pm. Does your sister usually let stuff drop, or is she the type to circle back?
