Feels like every other thread mentions Zepbound these days

I've been sitting within a few pounds of my goal since early last year, and for most of that stretch I barely registered which medication anyone here was on. The talk was food, sleep, walking, the unglamorous stuff.

Lately the center of gravity in this forum seems to have moved toward brand names — supply chatter, coverage questions, people weighing whether to switch or stay put. I understand why; the news cycle keeps handing us new things to chew on.

But I catch myself scrolling past the brand threads to find the boring ones about breakfast and bedtime, since those are what actually kept me steady through maintenance. Is this a real shift in the room, or is the feed just showing me what I linger on?

Genuinely asking, no agenda — I'm curious where everyone else's attention has drifted.

I’ve noticed it too. What keeps me grounded is a tiny Sunday review: weekly average weight, waist measurement, sleep hours, and how many days I hit 7k steps.

If those four stay in my usual band, I mute the supply/coverage chatter until it actually changes my routine. The medication is one line on the dashboard, not the whole dashboard.

Muting the high-volume brand threads and checking the maintenance ones has helped a lot. OP, what two or three non-scale habits do you credit most for staying near goal this long?

I’m always curious which ones survive past the losing phase.

Tbh i miss the food-and-walks era too, honestly.

Same here — I still get more out of the daily walk check-ins than the brand talk. 😄

That drift is real, and it’s made me watch my own odd little benchmarks instead. With the kids out of the house, I’ve started tracking how many nights I actually pull out the cutting board and cook something instead of eating standing over the sink.

Last week was five, which felt huge. I also notice I’m less sucked into brand-name churn when I’m mid-recipe or lacing up for a walk.

Anyone else have a non-scale metric that quietly tells you you’re on track?
