Off since June

I stopped my last pen in early June after about two years on. Not a dramatic exit. This week the thing I noticed: I ate lunch at my desk, got busy, and didn't think about food until 4.

Old me would have circled the kitchen twice. I'm down a couple pounds from my last shot day, but weight isn't really the point.

I've kept the Sunday grocery list, the 20-minute walk after dinner, and protein at breakfast. Some days appetite is louder, and I use the same tools I learned here: drink water, wait 20, check if I'm actually hungry.

I'm not claiming it's easy or universal. Just posting because when I searched old threads for people who came off, I found a lot of scary stories and not many boring ones. Mine is boring so far.

Anyone else in the 'off and mostly okay' camp? What's the one habit that stayed automatic?

That 4pm “oh right, food exists” moment is such a weird flex—in a good way.
