I’m 11 weeks in, and my scale is down 9.4 lbs, which is behind my own spreadsheet trendline. The tabs I actually check daily are non-weight: 8k steps 5x/week, 3 flights of stairs without stopping, waist down 1.75 inches, and sleep averaging 7h15m.
Last week I hit 7/7 on steps, slept 7h22m average, and my usual 5k walk pace went from 19:10 to 17:45. Scale is noisy; those rows are basically linear. Mildly contrarian take: if pounds are your only column, you’re deleting the good data. What non-scale metric is actually keeping you consistent?
