Week 11 for me, down about 14 lbs, 16s to 14s in jeans. Before all this, the noise was loud and constant — I'd plan my afternoon around 4pm, knew the drive-thru menus by heart. Now it's not silent, it's just re-shaped.
Instead of craving, it's a low background hum around 9pm: "should you eat something?" even when I'm genuinely not hungry. Volume knob down, same station.
In the trials they track hunger and appetite scores and those do drop, but nobody's really measuring the chattering part, so I don't think it's fair to say it's gone for everyone.
Mine mostly turned into habit and clock-based hunger cues, which is honestly easier to argue with. Anyone else feel like the noise morphed rather than left? Curious whether it's boredom, routine, or something else underneath for you.
