Daily weigher here, 14 weeks into my GLP-1 journey. Trend line is down 16.4 lbs, but this week the scale jumped 1.6 lbs after a salty soup night and 5.5 hours of sleep. Old me would have panicked.
Now I just log it, zoom out, and look at the habits I can control: 7–8 hours sleep, 100–120g protein, 8–10k steps, a 20-minute walk after lunch, and water before coffee. I keep seeing immunity peptide threads pop up, and honestly my winter defense has been deeply unglamorous: sleep, real food, movement, handwashing, and resting instead of pushing through.
No magic, no hype, just fewer sick days than last year. If I do feel off, I check with my clinician.
Curious what non-scale habit keeps you calm when the scale gets noisy?
