I’ve got two kids and dinner is usually a zoo, so my only reliable movement is the 8pm loop with our 4-year-old mutt. She starts staring at me around 7:45 like I’m late for work.
We do 20–25 minutes, rain or not. It’s not a workout, but it gets me out of the kitchen and away from the snack drawer I keep reorganizing instead of eating from.
My husband joins sometimes, but the dog is the enforcer. If I skip, she sighs by the leash.
Curious what gets everyone else out the door—pet, podcast, neighbor, or just good shoes? I need ideas for the nights it’s freezing.
