Tbh I’m not gonna shout it from the church parking lot, but something’s shifting. I’m seven weeks in, and I’ve lost 8 pounds, which isn’t movie-magic, but my favorite jeans button without me doing the little hop.
My after-supper habit was two handfuls of chips; this week I actually took the dog around the block three nights instead. Our little pharmacy in town finally got my refill sorted after the insurance back-and-forth, so that headache is off my plate.
The weird part is I noticed the change in my mood before the scale moved — I’m not white-knuckling every afternoon snack anymore. Still tired some days, and I miss enjoying big Sunday dinners the same way, but it feels manageable. Anyone else see the non-scale wins first?
I’d love to hear what tiny thing tipped you off that this was actually working.
