Amo Pharma first order, am I overthinking it?

Trying to decide between Amo Pharma and another supplier, so I'm poking around amo-pharma.com. Public listings don't show much, and before any lab considers ordering I'd want to know: what product categories/compounds are listed, and are batch-specific purity/identity specs published?

Do current batches have third-party COAs with lab name, method, and verification contact? Where does the vendor ship from, and what are typical transit times, packaging, tracking, and customs/reship terms?

What payment methods, minimums, and listed prices are shown—any hidden fees or currency charges? And is there a verifiable business location, contact address, or legal entity behind the site? If you've used them, chime in.

Anyone ordered from Amo recently? How long did shipping take to the US, and did tracking actually update or just sit there for a week?

Do they send a COA with the order, or is it one of those 'email us for batch docs' situations? Asking because some vendors get weird about it.

Prices look almost too good right now. Is that a sale, a new batch, or just the usual 'too good to be true' vibe? Watching this one.

I came for the COA, stayed for the drama. Popcorn ready.

Following. Not ordering yet, but curious if anyone has recent touchdown pics or tracking timelines.

Does Amo ship from domestic or overseas? If overseas, what's the average customs wait looking like this month?

Every vendor thread starts with 'great communication' and ends with 'where's my pack?' Hope this one breaks the pattern. Watching.

Are the prices per kit or per unit? And is the COA third-party tested with batch numbers? Just trying to compare apples to apples.

I’m a “hide the snacks or they vanish” mom, so my real concern is whether orders ship signature-required and in a plain outer box. Last thing I need is a porch question from my 8yo. Also, do they list estimated restock dates when something’s out?

That’s what usually trips me up—not the COA, it’s the waiting and wondering if I should reorder.

I went down the COA rabbit hole too—then spent a week refreshing tracking. You're not alone 😂

I work nights, so anything that needs a phone call during 9–5 is dead to me.

Sharp question: do they publish a written refund/reship policy for seized or damaged orders? And who handles support—same person as sales? That tells me more than another “great comms” post. Also check domain age and address. If it’s a brand-new site with no real address, I pass. Over

One thing I check now: does the COA show the actual HPLC trace and MS spectrum, or just a summary purity %? In the trials I’ve read, method details like column, detector, and integration can swing that number. Also, do they list residual TFA/counterion content?

I keep a little spreadsheet of lot, test date, method, and storage temp—if that’s missing, I’m out. Just my own paranoia filter.
