Sleep latency is my primary endpoint this month

I still record weight weekly, but the metric I actually act on is sleep latency. Baseline was 35-40 minutes; last 14 nights it's 20-25.

Same for a 9-minute walk: I used to need a pause at the top of my street's hill, now I don't. Appetite is quieter, but that's not why I'm calling this a win.

The behavioral data changed before the mass data did. Anyone else tracking a non-weight endpoint that shifts their decisions, or are you just collecting numbers?

For what it's worth, yep, my sleep latency moved first too — the scale was last to get the memo.

Curious how you’re defining the start point—lights out or phone down? I only got a clean latency trend once I split those; my “in bed but scrolling” minutes were quietly inflating the average.

I also jot caffeine cutoff and whether I ate close to bed, just to see which nights the 20-minute mark actually held. Your 9-minute walk no-pause detail is the kind of functional marker I wish I’d tracked earlier in maintenance.
